An office and commercial project built in the Yitzchak Sadeh complex in Tel Aviv and includes two thirty-four story towers (plus 2 roof floors) and a shared entrance. The typical floor is 3.65 m high and each tower is about 145 m above ground level. The typical floor shape, about 1145 m², is square truncated at all the corners. The truncated corners vary at the top of the towers, from about 25th floor and above and at the bottom of the towers, from 9th floor and below. The KLIL aluminum skeleton, Low-E insulated glass in the towers and lobby (including Low-Iron on the facade of the South Lobby + Triplex).
