A modern and prestigious twenty-story residential tower based on a conservation building and therefore required formulating creative engineering solutions. An exterior shell from structural glazing curtain wall façades featuring white frames from aluminum sheets panels to the height of the building and horizontal shading stages that give the building a white tint. The tower lobby rises to a height of 17 meters and is built from constructively supported curtain wall façade profiles by horizontal steel beams tied to the concrete.
