A 12-story office building with a future option to raise another 8 stories,
located close to the sea, the Microsoft campus and near two stations on the
green line of the light rail.
The whole project is combined with shading fabric curtains by Hollis company,
the "Unitez" method of making curtain walls by the HEUCK company in a gray
aluminum shade.
The ground floor and the seventh floor were made using the structural stick
method of the Extel company, in the lower part of the building the glass
floats above the development line, while on the seventh floor there is a
cantilevered glass railing on the open balcony that overlooks the surrounding
landscape.
